Unlike our traditional Rolled Spelt, which has large, thick, oat-like flakes, Fine Rolled Spelt has a finer, more delicate texture. The flakes are thinner and more tender and naturally break apart more easily, creating a softer consistency when cooked.
Its mild, pleasantly nutty flavor makes it an excellent choice for a warm breakfast porridge, while its finer texture also lends itself beautifully to baking and everyday cooking.
