Aromatic Spelt Coffee That Tastes Delicious

Hildegard recommends a spelt coffee cure, made according to a special recipe, as an excellent method to strengthen the entire body.
Preparation:
Day 1:
Boil 1 tablespoon of spelt coffee grains in 250 ml of water for 5 minutes and pour off the liquid. Store the strained grains in the fridge. The coffee is still very mild.
Days 2–6:
In the following days, add 1 tablespoon of fresh grains to the grains from the previous day and boil for 3 minutes. From the second day onward, the coffee becomes much darker, and by the third day, it reaches the desired color.
Usage:
Drink the coffee every day for breakfast. Repeat the 6-day cure as needed using fresh grains. There is no risk of addiction.
