Our Golden White Spelt Flour is a beautifully balanced flour for everyday baking. Made from organically grown spelt - variety Oberkulmer, it is gently sifted to remove a portion of the bran, resulting in a flour that is lighter than our Whole Spelt Flour while still retaining some of the goodness of the whole grain.
Its naturally warm, golden color and mild, slightly nutty flavor make it a wonderful choice for the foods you prepare every day. It creates beautiful breads, soft buns and rolls, cookies, pancakes, homemade pasta, and much more.
Because only a portion of the bran is removed, Golden White Spelt Flour still retains some of the fiber and nutritional richness naturally present in the grain. It offers a lovely middle ground for those who want a lighter texture without moving all the way to a highly refined white flour.
