Ingredients: 100% fern root powder.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Excerpt from the book “The Healing Knowledge of St. Hildegard of Bingen from A to Z” by Dr. Wighard Strehlow:
Stomach and duodenal ulcers, gastritis, abdominal pain, pancreatic, liver, and gallbladder diseases
Herbal blend with licorice root:
- 60 g powdered licorice root
- 40 g powdered fern root
- [Spelt porridge]
- 1 teaspoon chestnut flour
Add 1 teaspoon of the powder to [spelt porridge] in the morning, boil with chestnut flour. Consume for 4–6 weeks as breakfast.
(…) This remedy allows for quick healing of stomach and intestinal ulcers and, when taken in spring and autumn, prevents the reopening of old ulcers. It can also relieve other stomach pains and cramps.
