Diarrhea Egg Yolk Remedy by Hildegard

Ingredients:
- 10 g (about 2 tbsp) ground cumin
- 5 g (about 1 tbsp) ground white pepper
- 6–8 egg yolks
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 215°F (100°C).
- Combine the ground cumin and ground white pepper in a small bowl.
- Beat the egg yolks until they become light and fluffy.
- Gradually fold the cumin and pepper mixture into the egg yolks, mixing gently until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- Spread the mixture into a thin, even layer.
- Dry in the oven for 1–3 hours, or until completely dry and brittle. Alternatively, dry in direct sunlight on a hot, dry day.
- Break the dried mixture into pieces and grind it into a fine powder using a coffee grinder or blender.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Serving Suggestion
Take 1–3 tablespoons of the powder, preferably with warm spelt soup or sourdough spelt bread.
